Functional stay, great location
comfy bed short walk
The staff were nice. The bed was comfy, and the shower provided warm water. The hotel is a short walk from the national express bus station. It is also close to the cruise port. The hotel location is ideal.
The room took a long time to heat up. There were not many facilities. I missed having a kettle and complimentary teas.

Adequate for a night but some cleanliness issues
dirty floor small shower
The location was convenient for accessing the town center and docks.
The floor in my room seemed dirty, almost as if it hadn't been properly swept (maybe just mopped over). The sink felt loose, and reception didn't seem too concerned when I mentioned it. The shower was very small. I definitely won't return to this place.

cruise center friendly staff suitable room nice location
it was happy. the hotel was very handy to get to the cruise center. i'd stay there again. staff was friendly. the room was suitable for two nights before our cruise. the location is nice. it is close to the train station.
the shower configuration isn't ideal as no where to get changed and very small as the door opens inwards.
